40 years of the NMI - Open Day

The NMI is turning 40 years old and we are celebrating with an open day. On Friday, September 19, 2025, there will be guided tours, information stands and other activities to give you an insight into the work of researchers at the institute. Food and drink will also be provided.

What exactly is electrospinning? How can organs be grown on a chip? And how, pray tell, can you measure electrical impulses in a cell? During the guided tours, you can take a look inside the laboratories and at devices that can carry out high-precision 3D printing or look down to the atomic level.
