Neurotox & Electrophysiology: We use Patch Clamp, MEA and Ca Imaging to improve research and enable discoveries.
We utilize primary mouse neurons or commercially available hiPSC neuron cultures (e.g., for seizure screening) and a human dopaminergic cell line (LUHMES, e.g., for pesticide and neurotoxin screening). Key techniques include manual patch clamp recordings, microelectrode array recordings with one to 96 wells, and HTS (96/384 well) live cell Ca2+ imaging.
