NMI scientists at the MEA-Meeting

This year's MEA meeting has been running at TU Wien since Wednesday. Today, NMI scientist Tom Stumpp gave his talk on “Recording inside neural organoids using mesh MEAs”. He presented the special opportunities offered by the latest NMI development in the field of microelectrode arrays (MEAs), the mesh MEAs. As an example, he used the neuronal organoids provided by NMI colleagues Fulya Ersoy and Peter Loskill.

Also on site from the NMI were Peter Jones, who presented a poster on MEA packaging and test engineering, and Lisa Brauns, who represented our service subsidiary NMI TT GmbH.
