Delegation from Southeast Asia visits the NMI

Networking across continents: Through the mediation of the IHK Export Academy in Stuttgart, representatives from companies in the medical technology and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as from a clinic, visited the NMI today. The companies are based in Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

In addition to an overview of the NMI as a whole, the representatives gained insights into the institute's work on cancer diagnostics with biologicals, were introduced to the MDR & IVDR competence center MIK, and learned about the role of the NMI at EDIH Southwest. The many interested questions following the presentations showed that there was mutual interest – perhaps the meeting will result in a new cooperation with Asia.
