NanoDSF und DLS for Protein Characterization

Workshop on novel methods for the characterization of biotherapeutics today at the NMI. In talks and demonstrations the 20 participants learned and discussed about the technical possibilities.
In her talk, NMI scientist Anne Zeck presented application data from NanoTemper Panta instrument in combination with mass spectrometry-based methods such HDX-MS, integrity, stability and developability assessment. This service is offered as part of the Biologicals Development Center Project at the NMI.

We thank Prof. Wolf-Dieter Fessner and Dr. Karine Lapouge for their inspiring talks and the NanoTemper Technologies team and the participants for the lively discussion and exchange!
