IGLD symposium

With a presentation by NMI group leader Prof. Peter Loskill

This year's IGLD Symposium will take place in Frankfurt from March 6-8, 2025. The event is organized by the IGLD in cooperation with the German Stem Cell Network (GSCN), the Society for Extracellular Vesicles (GSEV), the German Society for Immunogenetics (DGI), the Umbrella Association of MTLA (DVTA) and the Immunohematology and Immunogenetics Section of the German Society for Transfusion Medicine and Immunohematology (DGTI).
The two-day symposium offers an exciting interdisciplinary platform with a wide range of topics - from laboratory medicine, flow cytometry and stem cell research to extracellular vesicle research and innovative developments in the field of 3R principles. Other focal points include translation from the laboratory to humans, taking 3R principles into account, the use of lung organoids in infection research and advances in the fields of medical devices, laboratory diagnostics, cell therapies, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
On March 6, 2025, Peter Loskill will give a presentation on the immunocompetent cancer-on-chip models of the µOrganoLab in the session IGLD-2: Cell Therapy.
In addition to numerous exhibitors from industry and research, the 3R Network Baden-Württemberg will also be represented with an exhibition stand. In addition to the free symposium, supplementary, practice-oriented workshops will be held on Saturday.
