Together with the Ministry of Science, the 3R Centre Tübingen for In- vitro-Models and Animal Testing Alternatives will present the 3R Network Baden-Württemberg on the 4th of May. The 3R-Center is located at the interface of the University of Tübingen and the NMI and coordinates the cooperation of the ten projects funded in Baden-Württemberg as a state-wide cross-sectional centre. All partners follow the 3Rs principle and aim to avoid, reduce and improve animal experiments. With the targeted funding of these measures, the state of Baden-Württemberg is also pursuing the approach of improving both scientific research and animal welfare.
