Dr. Xin Xiong

Research interests   

  • Biomaterials for medical and biotechnological approaches, in particular collagen-based biomaterials for regenerative medicine and enzyme immobilization
  • Functional characterization using physical-chemical and biological methods
  • Practical experience in molecular biology with cloning, expression in bacteria, fungi and mammalian cells, PCR, RT-PCR.
  • Physical methods: AFM, Raman spectroscopy, DSC, IR.
