Your data will of course be treated confidentially. However, details such as name and institution are necessary for the preparation of name badges and facilitate the exchange with other conference visitors.

Fees include admission to all conference sessions and exhibition, lunches and coffee/tea/refreshments. Social events are not included.

The discounted early-bird fees are valid only if payment is received by the respective deadline. Registration alone is insufficient; please plan this in your registration.

You can pay the registration fee via PayPal or bank transfer.

Cancellation:
In order to cancel registration, please send us an e-mail before June 10, 2022 to meameeting@nmi.de. Later cancellation will result in no refunds. Registration fees (minus a service charge of € 25 per person) will be refunded after the conference.
Please include your bank account information in the cancellation e-mail so that a refund can be assured.
