6^th July 2021, 11.40 a.m. Claus Burkhardt is presenting on the subject entitled "Development of Substrates for Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS)2".

Surface enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) allows high sensitive analysis of low concentration analyte. In recent years we have developed in cooperation with the center LISA+, university of Tübingen different nanostructured gold substrates for SERS application. The talk will give an overview of FE-SEM process control while developing these substrates.
