Information on dispute resolution for consumers in accordance with § 36 VSBG

We will always try to come to an agreement with you. If, in exceptional cases, we are unable to resolve your matter satisfactorily, you are of course free to take legal action. We are not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure pursuant to VSBG before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (OS platform), which can be accessed at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
